Where the Exercise Descriptions Are LocatedUpdated 2 years ago
From the HOME page select METRICS in the bottom right corner
On the METRICS page select EXERCISES in the top right area
From here you can find any exercise for any program
Exercise descriptions during a workout
During a workout you can also view the exercise description
On the Exercise you are doing during a workout you will see a video camera icon next to the exercise name
Select that icon
This will give you a video and exercise description for the exercise you are on
