You will find in majority of the workouts that 1RM percentages are not included
We do this at HTK to allow you to push yourself or dial it back a bit when needed
When choosing your weight for a workout, use a weight that you can do for the set amount of reps for that day.
On squats one week you may be able to rep out 70% of your 1RM for 12 reps
The next week you may be sore and only be able to hit 60% for 7 reps.
