How Do I Add Weights To My Workout?Updated 2 years ago

  • Once you have started a workout, you will be able to add weight for all of the exercises that are not bodyweight or cardio movements.

  • When you are in the workout with on a weighted exercise, you will see Set number, Repititions, LBS, and a check box in the main area.

  • To add the weight that you do for the exercise, select the set you are on and press add weight.



  • Enter the weight that you did for that set

  • If you have completed the set, select the checkbox to the far right
