How Do I Add Weights To My Workout?Updated 2 years ago
Once you have started a workout, you will be able to add weight for all of the exercises that are not bodyweight or cardio movements.
When you are in the workout with on a weighted exercise, you will see Set number, Repititions, LBS, and a check box in the main area.
To add the weight that you do for the exercise, select the set you are on and press add weight.
Enter the weight that you did for that set
If you have completed the set, select the checkbox to the far right
